Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.PC on behalf of petitioner-Jasvir Singh in case FIR No.100 dated 18.11.2015 for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420,465, 467,468,469,471 and 120-B IPC, PS Nurmahal, District Jalandhar City. Vide order dated 22.12.2015 interim protection was granted to the present petitioner in the light of similar relief extended to coaccused Sukhjinder Singh vide a separate detailed order dated 18.12.2015.

During the subsequent course of hearing, it was submitted that the parties had arrived at an amicable settlement vide a written compromise deed.
