(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.16 dated 12.03.2021 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Section 120-B was added later on), at Police Station GRPS, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
