**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 14 dated 22.4.2018 registered at Police Station Narot Jaimal Singh, District Pathankot, under Section 304-B IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the maternal grandmother of the husband of the deceased and the parents of Rahul were not alive and the couple were staying in his house and she is 72 years old. The counsel further submits that investigation is over and challan has been presented. He also submits that initially the complainant did not make a statement to the police as he wanted to consult his family and the husband of the deceased was arrested in July 2018. The petitioner is 72 years old. She is the maternal grandmother of Rahul.
