At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press the relief of anticipatory bail as prayed for in this petition and rather, he will surrender before learned trial Court and will move an application for seeking regular bail and he prays that the trial Court be directed to decide the said application within some specific time frame and the present petition be disposed of accordingly.
