(ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take legal action against respondents No. 4 and 5 and register an FIR against them. On 10.8.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file an affidavit of Kashmira Bai but the same has not been filed till date. Since the process fee was not filed, notice could not be issued to the respondents.

On 15.12.2020, three weeks time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file the process fee and the case was adjourned to 18.4.2021.

On 18.4.2021, there was a holiday being Sunday, therefore, the case is being taken up today.
