CRM-20864-2021 Vide this application, the petitioner in the accompanying petition seeks to withdraw the petition itself, which is one seeking anticipatory bail in the context of FIR No.124 having been registered on 04.06.2021 at Police Station Industrial Area, District Bhiwani, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 342, 354(A)(2), 354-B, 376, 511, 506 and 34 of the IPC. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner in fact has surrendered before the Investigation Officer. Notice in the application.
Mr. Neeraj Poswal, learned AAG, Haryana, accepts notice at the asking of the court on behalf of the respondent-State and obviously does not oppose the application.
