(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to submit the status report with regard to representations dated 05.07.2021 and 27.07.2021 given by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent No.4 are real brothers and they are running a joint business of partnership under the name and style of M/s Ashwani Kumar Satish Kumar. It is also submitted that the petitioner gave the representations (Annexures P-1 & P-2) to the SHO, Police Station Kotwali, Amritsar as well as a complaint is also given to the bank officials to conduct inquiry. On the face of it, this Court finds that no cognizable offence is made out.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
