The present application has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for preponement of the main case, which is fixed for 16.07.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the main case be preponed, as he has also filed an application bearing CRM-24308-2026 for withdrawal of the main case.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is taken on Board today itself. CRM-24308-2026 1.
The present application is for withdrawal of the present petition i.e. CRM-M-19960-2026, as the petitioner intends to file bail application before the learned Sessions Court.

The present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') (corresponding to Section 439 Cr.P..C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 28.05.2019 under Sections 506, 450, 376-D, 363, 323 IPC (corresponding to Sections 351, 332(b), 70(1), 137(2), 115(2) of BNS) and Section 6 of POCSO Act (Sections 201, 354-B IPC added later on) (corresponding to Sections 238, 76 of BNS), registered at Police Station Women, Palwal, District Palwal.

In light of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioners in CRM-24308-2026, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 3.
