ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.39 dated 29.03.2014 registered under Sections 307, 364, 342, 295A, 506, 120-B, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station B-Division, District Amritsar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 07.11.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Satnam Singh, has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
