RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed this petition praying for carrying out the investigation in fair and impartial manner in FIR No.0435, dated 14.11.2017, under Sections 323, 34, 341, 354, 354(b), 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Madlauda, District Panipat with a further prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR was registered way back on 14.11.2017 and till date no investigation is being carried out.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and at the outset submits, on instructions from LASI Lata Rani, that after completing the investigation, the cancellation report has already been prepared and submitted in the Court of concerned Illaqa Magistrate. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, MEENU 2022.05.31 13:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-23959-2022 -2the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedies as available to her in accordance with law. So far as the prayer regarding granting protection to the petitioner is concerned, it is directed that if the petitioner files an appropriate application before respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Panipat regarding her grievances within a week from today, he is directed to look into the same and decide the said application in accordance with law.
