Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.406 dated 08.12.2020, under Section 22(c) of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City-Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.

When this Court was not inclined to accept the bail of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the petition, at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.

Trial Court shall proceed in the matter expeditiously and report be submitted by 30th September, 2023.
