Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that after investigation of the case, cancellation report was submitted by the investigating agency and the same is pending consideration before the Area Magistrate. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

It is transpired during the course of arguments that cancellation report is pending before the Area Magistrate since the year 2009.
