**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside order dated 03.08.2016 and order dated 14.01.2016 whereby respondent-wife was granted maintenance of Rs.1500/- per month and litigation expenses of Rs.5000/- This Court relegated the parties to Mediation Centre of this Court but as per report of the Mediation Centre of this Court, mediation has failed between the parties.

A bare perusal of the impugned orders shows that the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 24.01.2012 and the interim maintenance @ Rs.1500/- per month is not on the excessive side and has thus rightly been granted to the respondent-wife.

In view of the above, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned orders.

The petition stands dismissed.
