(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they have been in cultivating possession of the land in possession since the year 2010 and that vide orders dated 19.2.2014 (Annexures P-1 to P-3), the Naib-Tehsildar had ordered for correction to be made in the Khasra Girdawri in their favour. Subsequently the State challenged the said orders by way of filing appeals before Collector which were accepted vide orders dated 11.12.2018 (Annexures P-4 to P-6). Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that although the matter is still subjudice and their appeals are pending but the respondents are now proceeding to dispossess the petitioners forcibly. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and without commenting anything on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners except in due course of law.
