(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.540 dated 25.10.2017 under Sections 420 and 473 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 17, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 17, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
