(Oral) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in consequence of orders of this Court dated 10.2.2015, all the three petitioners namely Ardas Kaur, Dr. Harmander Singh and Amandeep Singh alias Bhai Pannu have joined the investigation before the Investigating Officer. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Mahesh Kumar, accepts this fact and further submitted that petitioners if required, will be again asked to join the investigation which has been accepted on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, no further purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending.

Criminal Misc. No. M-43663 of 2014 -2In view of the aforesaid, orders dated 16.11.2012, Annexure P/11 declaring petitioners Ardas Kaur, Dr. Harmander Singh and Amandeep Singh alias Bhai Pannu as proclaimed offenders are hereby quashed.

The petition stands disposed off.
