(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside order dated 19.12.2017 (Annexure P/6) whereby charges have been framed against the petitioners under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC; and order dated 20.08.2018 (Annexure P/7), whereby the revision filed by the petitioners against the abovesaid order dated 19.12.2017 (Annexure P/6), has been dismissed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

In view of the statement of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
