(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of writ for setting aside the election duties of Ayush Doctors, Ayurvedic Medical Officers (AMO), Unani Medical Officers (UMO), Homeopathic Medical Officers (HMO) and Physicians, working in the Ayush Department, Haryana for the Lok Sabha Elections-2019 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is liable to be dismissed as the Elections are going to be held on 12.05.2019 and the fact that the petitioners have already undergone training, therefore, at this stage no directions can be given to Election Commission to look into orders, as there is short time left for Election.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
