Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) On 4.11.2014, this Court had passed the following order :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner as on today pleads no instructions but prays for time to make more efforts. Adjourned to 28.4.2015."
Counsel for the petitioners submits that repeated reminders sent to the petitioners have not been responded to. He contends that with the efflux of time the petitioner appears to have lost interest in the lis and does not wish to pursue the matter any further. Accordingly, it is suggested that let this petition be dismissed as having become infructuous with a liberty to move the requisite application for its revival and decision on merit, in case, any dispute, cause of action or interest still survives.
