By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to initiate appropriate proceedings against respondent No.4 in furtherance of representation dated 20.04.2023 submitted by petitioner to respondent No.2 based on inquiry conducted by Mr. Varinder Singh Khosa, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, North, Amritsar. 2.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
