Apprehending unfair investigation in the above captioned FIRs, petitioner has come up before this Court seeking transfer of the investigation out of Gurugram District. 2.

Counsel for the State Mr. Aashish Bishnoi, DAG, Haryana, submits that the State's investigation agencies are honest and always did fair investigation, as such, present petition deserves dismissal.

The nature of the order this Court proposes to pass, no response is required from the State.

Perusal of the prayer shows that petitioner has lack of faith in the investigators and interest of justice would suffice if investigation in the above said FIRs would be supervised either by Commissioner of Police himself or through any officer of IPS cadre. Counsel for the petitioner has no objection to such order. 6.

Given above, present petition is partly allowed with clarification that the concerned Commissioner of Police either supervise the investigation of FIR captioned above himself or through any officer holding the rank of IPS cadre. It is clarified that he must verify the investigation time to time. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
