Narender Sharma v. State Of Haryana And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-44575 of 2018 Date of Decision: 09.10.2018 Narender Sharma ....Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana and others ....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present:- Mr. Sunil Saharan, Advocate, for the petitioner. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to look into the matter carefully and take action against respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Hisar, is directed to look into representation dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
