P.C. for quashing of summoning order dated 12.11.2018(Annexure P-16) in case bearing No.CHI/1228/2015 titled 'State vs. Rajwinder Kaur and others' arising out of FIR No.11 dated 11.03.2015 lodged before learned JMIC, Jalandhar as also all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner states that he is under instructions not to press the petition in view of compromise arrived at between the parties and seeks to withdraw the petition.
