Today, Mr. Harjot Singh Bedi, Advocate appears for the petitioners and submits that as Nirmal Singh (petitioner No.1) has since passed away, and petitioner No.2, as also one of the legal heir of Nirmal Singh, do not wish to pursue the matter any further, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
