In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Criminal Misc. No. M-43645 of 2017 Date of Decision: 16.11.2017 Baljinder Singh ... Petitioner(s)

Versus

State of Punjab and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.

Present:

Mr. N.K.Verma, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Shekher Dhawan, J.

Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioner by calling him again and again to the police station unnecessarily.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 7.7.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2Director General of Police, Punjab, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Punjab, is directed to look into the representation dated 7.7.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
