CRM-M-23583-2015 Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 354 dated 23.7.2015, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Sector-17, Chandigarh. The petition has been filed for anticipatory bail on behalf of the father-in-law and the mother-in-law. Petitioner No.1 had died. This fact was disclosed by petitioner No. 2 on the last date. Crl. Misc. No. M-43583 of 2015 (O&M) -2State counsel states that the fact has been verified that petitioner No. 1 has died.

The son of the petitioner is still abroad. The petitioner had offered to give amount in lieu of the recovery of the remaining articles. Let the petitioner pay/deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- within one month from today. Subject to deposit, the order dated 23.12.2015 is made absolute. The complainant would be entitled to withdraw the amount. In case the amount is not deposited/paid, the complainant can approach this Court for recall of the order.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
