(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of order dated 21.12.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar (Annexure P-2) in case FIR No.24 dated 01.02.2019, registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travels Professional Act, 2014 at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar (Annexure P-1). 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the translated version of the FIR, there are certain inadvertent errors and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
