Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners do not apprehend any threat or danger to their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.3 to 6. Therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. It is further submitted that their statements to this effect has also been recorded by the police officials.
This factual aspect has been affirmed by the Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Inderjeet, police station Punhana. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
