Through the instant petition, the petitioner who is mother of Balwinder who has allegedly committed offence of rape, is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.119 dated 23.10.2015, registered under Sections 36, 3662A & 376 IPC, Police Station City Jalalabad, District Ferozepur (Fazilka).

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 23.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
