CRM-M-6481-2013 (O&M) framed by learned Trial Court in the year 2013. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to challenge the order of framing of charges. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the order framing the charges is challenged by the petitioner before the Court of Session by way of a criminal revision petition, alongwith an application for condonation of delay, within fifteen days of passing of the present order, the said application for condonation of delay shall be decided keeping in view the fact that the petitioner had approached this Court by way of present petition.
