(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.40 dated 10.05.2015 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Division No.3, Ludhiana.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court/Special Court within a week from today and his bail application, on its presentation, shall be decided within three days.
