(ORAL) Revision petition herein inter alia is to set aside impugned order dated 20.12.2018 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tarn Taran whereby an application filed by the plaintiff/petitioner under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC was dismissed and for setting aside the judgment dated 12.02.2019 (Annexure P-9) vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner was also dismissed. None appears for the petitioner. Civil revision was filed in the year 2020 and no stay was granted.

It seems that revision is rendered infructuous in view of there not being interim protection.

Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
