Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 19.12.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-3. Life and liberty of the petitioners be protected. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, in case the petitioners approach Commissioner of Police, Ambala within one week from today, for protection of their life and liberty then he is directed to look into the representation moved by petitioners and if required, necessary protection be provided to GURPREET SINGH 2015.12.23 13:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
