**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 09.12.2021, CM Nos.18314, 18320 and 18321 of 2021 were allowed in the context for which those were filed in this Court. Main case was adjourned on the premise that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were at variance in respect of scope of para No.6 of the application i.e. CM No.11584-CWP-2021 having recital of different dates. In the stand taken by respondent No.2 i.e. the authority (PSTCL) took the objection that the petition can only be disposed of in terms of compromise dated 10.06.2021 as para Nos.6-A, 6-B, 6-C and NISHA 2021.12.22 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-12249-2019(O&M) -26-D were not related to respondent No.2 rather these paragraphs related to respondent No.4, i.e. GLADA. There was admission on behalf of respondent No.2 that the main petition be decided in terms of compromise dated 10.06.2021. Today, Mr. Aman Sharma, Advocate on the basis of affidavit dated 17.12.2021 submits that the respondent No.4 has no objection even qua para Nos.6-A, 6-B and 6-C and the main petition be disposed of on the basis of compromise accordingly. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as paragraph No.6-D is concerned, petitioners may be allowed to avail their legal remedies in accordance with law.

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, this petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy qua para 6-D in accordance with law.

Normal consequences be followed.
