(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that since Gurmail Singh, who appeared as PW2, the witness of extrajudicial confession has been declared hostile, thus, in view of the changed circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move afresh application before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner moves an appropriate application within a period of 01 week from today, the trial Court is directed to decide the same within a period of 01 week from the date of its filing.
