(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 55 of 18.07.2014, under Section 498-A/406 IPC, registered at P.S. Khemkaran, District Tarn Taran. Learned State counsel, on instruction has informed the Court that challan has not been presented as there were chances of compromise between the parties. However, mediation has failed between the parties.
