The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.325 dated 2.9.2014 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sadar Panipat, District Panipat.

Cr. Misc. No.M-4362 of 2015 [2] The FIR in the present case has been registered on the basis of a secret information that Ravi-present petitioner by preparing forged registration certificates used to get released the vehicles, impounded in Police Stations. He had got released a Scorpio vehicle from Police Station, Indri and had affixed wrong number plate and was searching for the customers to sell the said vehicle.

The petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2014. He is not required for interrogation or investigation purposes as he is in judicial custody. Nothing is to be recovered from him. He is only to face the trial. The trial of the case will take long time. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner in custody till the final disposal of the case. Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Panipat.
