Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the detenues have been released, as such he does not want to proceed further with the present petition and he be permitted to do so, whereas learned counsel for respondents No. 4 and 5 has submitted that the alleged detenues were never illegally detained by respondents No. 4 and 5 and the petitioner is filing the petitions without any cause of action. Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the alleged detenues were found present at the spot but it transpired that they were not being illegally detained and rather were being paid salary by the private respondents. Respondents No.
