ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.30 dated 07.03.2009 registered under Section 328 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later) at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 17.11.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court, deposited the costs of Rs.50,000/- and has been released on interim bail.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sanjeev Kumar, has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
