Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before the trial court at an appropriate stage. He further submits that personal appearance of the petitioners may be exempted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case, petitioners move an application for exemption of their personal appearance, same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law. Trial court may exempt the personal appearance of these petitioners on such terms and conditions as it deems proper to impose.
