(ORAL):  The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to place the petitioners' at appropriate position in the seniority list of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)/ESHM, Mewat cadre.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide their pending legal notice dated 2.4.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specific period. 3.
