***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.217 dated 03.07.2018, registered under Section 406 IPC (sections 420, 506 and 34 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sadar Gohana, District Sonipat.
According to the prosecution, petitioner cheated and defrauded the complainant for Rs.12 lacs against purchase of buffaloes. Considering the seriousness of allegations and that the petitioner has cheated the complainant, his custodial interrogation is required. Thus, he does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
