(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 19.1.2023 passed in case MNT-401-2021 dated 29.7.2021 titled as 'Kamalpreet Parihar @ Namrata Parihar vs. Gaurav Parihar' passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Camp Court at Derabassi, whereby interim maintenance of Rs.12,500/- per month has been granted in favour of the respondent.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner to appear through V.C. On the last date of hearing also i.e. 01.10.2024, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 01.10.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 19.1.2023 passed in case MNT-401-2021 dated

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner.

As per office report, respondent has not been served either by way of normal process as well as by way of dasti process.

As the challenge herein is to the order of interim maintenance, it is most likely that main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has long been disposed of thus rendering the present petition infructuous. As such, report be called from the learned trial Court informing the status of the main petition MNT-401-2021 dated 29.7.2021 titled as 'Kamalpreet Parihar @ Namrata Parihar vs. Gaurav Parihar'.

Adjourned to 26.11.2024."

In compliance of above order dated 01.10.2024, learned Principal Judge (Family Camp Court), Derabassi, has submitted his report dated 25.11.2024 duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, wherein it has been stated that the main petition bearing No. MNT-401-2021 dated 29.7.2021 titled as 'Kamalpreet Parihar @ Namrata Parihar vs. Gaurav Parihar' has been dismissed in default vide order dated 11.05.2023. In view of the same, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
