(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct proper investigation in case FIR No.100 dated 09.10.2017 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, is directed to look into representation dated 25.10.2017 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioners.

The story put-forth in the petition seems to be completely concocted and false, however, in the interest of justice but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to look into the representation of the petitioners dated 25.10.2017 (Annexure P-2) and if found genuine, only then to act upon the same.
