The present petition has been filed under Section 483, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No.249 dated 02.06.2020 under Sections 302, 506, 34 IPC, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran.
