The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within a week from today and his bail application, if any, shall be decided on merit within next 7 days, considering the factum, as to whether, on the date, when petitioner was declared proclaimed offender, he was present in the country or not and further whether proclamation was issued validly and he was validly declared proclaimed offender.
