**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of petitioner he has one shop at Ferozepur in his ownership and he had sent one application through registered post to SSP, Ferozepur along with documents to take action against persons who had taken illegal possession of his shop by installing illegal meter. The inquiry is pending with DSP (D) Ferozepur. Petitioner has also filed an appeal before the Hon'ble State Information Commission as police is not supplying the information to him. An F.I.R dated 236 dated 15.10.2016 has been lodged by the private respondents against the petitioner to grab the property of the petitioner. Once F.I.R has been registered and the police is taking action in the matter and the petitioner has also joined the investigation, no orders are required to be passed in the petition. The present petition stands disposed of.
