In the FIR, Sanjeev Kumar, petitioner in CRMM44289 of 2014, was the complainant. The parties have arrived at compromise and their statements have been recorded by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kharar, in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 15.1.2015. It is submitted that the charge sheet has not yet been put in court. It is, therefore, felt that in the interest of justice to allow the compromise so that the parties can live in peace and harmony.

So, in view of the above circumstances and in view of authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the FIR No.136 dated 25.9.2014 registered under Sections 323,427,506,148 read with Section 149 IPC at Police Station Kharar, District Mohali as well as cross case DDR No.29 dated 25.9.2014 stand quashed and further proceedings arising therefrom also stand quashed.
