CRM-M-43662-2015 Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.74 dated 03.09.2015, registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhminder Singh, states that in compliance of the order dated 23.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The challan in the present case is yet to be presented and at this stage, custodial Naresh Kumar 2016.08.19 16:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

CRM-M-43662-2015 (O&M) -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.12.2015 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
