       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.506 dated 08.06.2021, under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Karnal, District Karnal, Haryana. Vide order dated 12.07.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Charan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation. He further submits that, since, the petitioner has joined the investigation, the respondent-State does not intent to file the status report.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 12.07.2021 AMAN JAIN 2021.12.06 17:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
